Description

Join Attorney Karen L. Hart to learn the fundamentals of alter ego, single business enterprise theory, and piercing the corporate veil.  We will cover the importance of knowing who you are really doing business with on the front end to avoid problems later.  Attendees will come away with a solid understanding  of the standards and process for establishing alter ego to pierce the corporate veil to potentially hold individual shareholders or corporate parents, subsidiaries, or other affiliates responsible for company debts.  Learn what to watch for and what it takes to establish alter ego, pierce the veil, and improve your bottom line!
