All booths MUST be set up by 3:00pm on Sunday, May 18th. If set up is not complete, show
management will have the installation performed at the expense of the exhibitor.
Booths may NOT be dismantled before 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 20th. If a booth is dismantled before the
official close of the exhibit hall, the exhibitor will incur a penalty fee of $1,000. We respectfully ask that you
commit to the entire exhibition schedule to help ensure that the show is a success for all involved.
All booths MUST be dismantled and materials packed by noon on Wednesday, May 21st.
NACM shall use its best efforts to assign the booth in one of the locations requested by the Exhibitor on
the application, and to provide physical separation from competitor booths, if so requested by the
Exhibitor. This notwithstanding, NACM reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as
it may of its sole discretion deem necessary.
The Price for Each Booth
Includes:
- Four exhibitor registrations for
every 10’ x10’ booth*
- Additional exhibitor personnel may
register for a fee of $185 each*
- 8’ high curtain background and
33” high curtain sidewalls**
- 44” long by 7” high identification sign
- Listing in the Credit Congress Program
and on the NACM website
(except collection agencies)
- Security service
- Entry to the Grand Opening and Beer
and Browse Receptions in the Expo Hall
- Two NACM-sponsored lunches in the
Expo Hall
- Entrance into the Educational Sessions
- The option of attending the Closing
Night Party at $75 per person
* Booth personnel substitutions are subject to a
$50 per person fee.
** Booths must be carpeted at the expense of
the exhibitor.
