HOUSING INFORMATION

Sleeping rooms have been reserved at three downtown Louisville hotels. As always, we urge you to make your hotel reservations at one of these three convention hotels in order for NACM to maximize its room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible.

Musts for Making Your Hotel Reservation:

• Make reservations directly with the property of your choice
• Identify yourself as part of the NACM Credit Congress to secure the conference rate.
• Inquire with your hotel about their deposit and cancellation policies.
• Make reservations as early as possible as hotels may become booked; conference rates are based on availability.

Conference Rates:
Standard–West Tower Rooms: $119 single/double, plus applicable taxes
Executive Suites–East Tower: $149 single/double, plus applicable taxes

Based upon availability you can upgrade your guest room to the “Triple Crown Club” at the special rate of $169.00* single/double. Features include an executive suite located on a private floor equipped with a refrigerator, wet bar, two televisions, sleep sofa, spacious closets, upgraded amenities and more. Celebrating a $60 million renovation, the Galt House Hotel and Suites is one of the largest hotels in the Southeast. Transportation
Downtown Louisville is located approximately 10 minutes from Louisville International Airport. Taxis are available outside of the baggage claim doors at the traffic island.
