For many credit managers, it is hard to look beneath the numbers and expose a fraud. "Spotting Red Flags in Financial Documents" is an in-depth look at how financial statements can provide clues that can aid in uncovering financial fraud. Mr. Bruce Dubinsky will discuss general warning signs that participants should be aware of when reviewing financial statements that have been submitted for credit decisions. Through the use of some basic financial ratio and trend analysis, as well as forensic accounting analysis, he will lead participants through an in-depth discussion of audited financial statements while revealing red flags that indicate the occurrence of a potential frauds.
