NACM's Annual Credit Congress
The credit world comes together at the
annual NACM Credit Congress, the premier event for credit professionals
where attendees receive exceptional value for a very modest cost. Thousands
of credit professionals from hundreds of different industries gather for
5 days filled with presentations, gatherings, educational credit classes,
seminars, workshops and an exhibit hall featuring the latest in credit
technology and services. One and one half days of the Credit Congress
are devoted to separate closed door Industry Day educational and informational
sessions for the Utility Group. For information on the annual Credit Congress,

International Utility Group's Fall Strategic
Planning Forum
The primary purpose of the Strategic Planning
Forum is to review the current experiences and challenges of the utility
credit industry and develop an innovative agenda and topics for the Utility
Group's Industry Day Program at the NACM Annual Credit Congress. Each
fall, members of the Utility Group gather in an open informational session
to discuss credit issues, trends and factors that affect the productivity
and efficiency of credit and collection operations. These discussions
ultimately lead to the identification and selection of topics that will
fill the Utility Group's Industry Day Program of presentations, discussions
and informal question & answer periods.
