Doug Bacon has worked in the insolvency arena for 27 years representing secured lenders, debtors, creditors' committees and asset purchasers in bankruptcies and insolvency situations across a variety of industries.
Mr. Bacon is listed as a leading Chicago bankruptcy lawyer in Chambers USA—America's Leading Business Lawyers. He was ranked as one of the leading Bankruptcy/Restructuring lawyers in the Illinois market by Chambers and Partners in 2011 and has been identified as an "Outstanding Bankruptcy Lawyer" by Turnarounds and Workouts.

Raimond Honig -Managing Director, Credit Management Instituut BV.

Raimond Honig is the founder and managing partner of Credit Management Instituut BV in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. He also holds several management and consultancy positions. His highly practical and critical approach has enabled him to work in a refreshing and result-oriented manner while serving in different sales and marketing positions and in his period as an interim manager.

Raimond has developed many interactive workshops and (knowledge) training courses in the broad field of Credit Management and debt collection. At the end of 2004, he published his first book. Debt collection, how do I talk my money out of his pocket discusses all facets of the broad field of debt collection. In 2006 his second book, Credit Management, a Profession or a Myth? followed. His third book was about behaviour and personal effectiveness. Now he is working on his next book about Strategic Working Capital Management.

Raimond gained extensive experience in corporate service, working his way up from sales employee to sales director. He started his own company in 1993. After years of managing a medium-sized Credit Management Consultancy firm he took the development path, seeing it as his mission to get people thinking and moving. He does this through workshops, presentations, training courses, speaking engagements and personal coaching plans. His style is characterised by respectful confrontation, i.e. challenging individuals to achieve the best to their ability. At this moment Raimond is finishing his Master on Business Administration (MBA).

 Geoffrey Last is the Director of Credit for Anixter Canada Inc. He has been with Anixter Canada for 23 years and with Canada Wire & Cable for 8 years prior. He is a Certified Credit Professional with the Credit Institute of Canada, a member of the National Forum of Credit & Financial Executives, a Certified Credit Executive with NACM and has attended NACM's Graduate School of Credit Management. He has chaired the Legislation Committee of the Credit Institute. He has lectured in the past on Construction Law and technology solutions for the credit profession.
  

Joe Latham is a partner in Goodmans’ Corporate Restructuring Group and his practice focuses primarily on commercial insolvencies, including bankruptcies, receiverships and restructurings. Daniel C. North - Euler Hermes Economist Americas Region

Daniel C. North has been with Euler Hermes ACI since 1996, using macroeconomic and quantitative analyses to help develop, price, and manage Euler Hermes ACI's risk portfolio of more than $150 billion in annual U.S. trade transactions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. North worked for Citicorp using similar quantitative and macroeconomic analyses to create outperforming investment strategies.

He has appeared on CNBC, Fox Business News, ABC News Now, France 24, and Bloomberg Radio and Television. He has been quoted by USA Today, Barron's, Business Week, Washington Post, Paris Le Monde, AP, Reuters and the Wall Street Journal. H. A. (Hal) Schaeffer Jr., C.C.E., C.E.W.

Hal Schaeffer, a nationally-recognized bankruptcy preference expert, is president of D & H Credit Services, Inc. (www.dandhcredit.com), a boutique consultancy specializing in creating bankruptcy preference defenses for Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has worked in credit, banking and cash flow for over 39 years. Bankruptcy preference defense has become a large part of D & H’s business in the last few years. He has created defenses in over 300 cases, is court approved and has been certified as an Expert Witness in Bankruptcy Preferences by the National Association of Credit Management. With regard to preference actions, he has been deposed frequently, participated in countless mediations and has testified in court on three separate occasions in multimillion dollar preference actions. Hubert Sibre - Partner, Davis LLP Montréal

Hubert Sibre is a partner in the Montréal office of Davis LLP, an international firm with offices across Canada and in Japan. He is a member of the firm's Business Solutions and Restructuring Group. Mr. Sibre's practice focuses primarily on restructuring, commercial litigation, insolvency and banking, along with having been involved in numerous real estate and commercial transaction.
