Join CFDD WAHIAK for"Lead from Your Position," a complimentary webinar presented by Kyle Kern, CBA and Krissy Aeschbacher, CBA. Inspired by John Maxwell's The 360-Degree Leader, this session explores how professionals can lead through initiative, collaboration, influence, and trust, regardless of where they sit within an organization.
Through personal experiences, practical insights, and interactive discussion, attendees will learn how to strengthen their leadership impact and create positive outcomes within their teams and organizations.
Speakers:
Kyle Kern, CBA
Kyle Kern, CBA is the Sr. AR Analyst – Outdoor Research LLC, an active member of CFDD WAHIAK, and a current Board Director for NACM-BCS (Seattle).
He got his B.S. in Economics and Public Policy & Administration from Western Oregon University, as well as completing the NACM CAP courses. In 2026 Kyle received the NACM National Emerging Leader Award during Credit Congress. He previously received the CFDD National Rising Star Award and a NACM National Podcast Influencer award in 2025.
Krissy Aeschbacher, CBA
Krissy Aeschbacher, CBA has over 20 years' experience in customer service, planning, lending, collections, and business development. She joined Maverik on a fleet fuel card project and quickly became the credit management side expert, building the policies and scorecards shaping the program for a successful launch.
Krissy previously worked 13 years in the credit union industry as a lender, collector, and branch manager. And a previous 7 years supporting entrepreneurs in business development.
